NOTICE 890 OF 2014

HEARINGS BY THE GAUTENG GAMBLING BOARD

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 27 read with Section 20 (1) (a) and (b),
of the Gauteng Gambling Act, No 4 of 1995, as amended ('The Act') that public
hearings will be held at NG Kerk Moreletapark, 1353 De Vellebois Mareuil Drive,
Moreletapark, Pretoria in respect of the following applications:

1. The application for the amendment of the casino licence held by Sun
International (South Africa) Ltd trading as Morula Sun Casino and Hotel to:

Provide for the description of the licensed premises to be amended from
Site 1293, Lucas Mangope Highway, Unit U, Mabopane, District Odi to
Time Square at Menlyn, Cnr Aramist and Corobay Avenues, Waterkloof
Glen Ext 2, City of Tshwane.
Amend the number of gambling devices from 510 gambling machines and
12 tables to 3000 gambling machines and 100 tables.
Amend the casino floor plan and layout.
To add Craps and Sic Bo as licensed games.

2. The application for the transfer of the casino licence held by Sun
International (South Africa) Limited trading as Morula Sun Casino and
Hotel to Fincred Factoring Proprietary Limited.

The public hearings will be held as follows:

Tuesday, 01 April 2014 from 11:30 - 16:00
Wednesday, 02 April 2014 from 10:00 - 16:00
Thursday, 03 April 2014 from 10:00 - 16:00
Friday, 04 April 2014 from 10:00 - 14:00
