physical address;
street light pole number;
detail of problem;
contact detail of caller; and
nearest street corner from faulty light.

Response times

Our target is to repair faulty street lights within four (4) working days.
Cable faults will be repaired within fourteen (14) working days.
Where a street light pole has been damaged to such an extent that the pole needs to be replaced or where theft of conductors took place it will take 14 to 30 working days, due to the insurance procedures.
